The annual Midwest MedWAR will return
May 2nd, 2026 to Pinckney Recreation Area.

Mercy St Vincent Medical Center Emergency Medicine Residency is proud to announce the 22nd annual Midwest MedWAR. Get ready to dive deep into Pinckney Recreation Area for a spirited race of exploration filled with medical challenges, unexpected twists, and friendly competition. Join us for the 22nd annual race – you won’t be disappointed!

Capacity: 30 teams of three (3) starting at $180 per team.

Format: Compass, map and trail race interspersed with wilderness medicine scenarios. Be prepared!
