Registration for the Southeast MedWAR 2024 is now open

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Teams: 15 teams of four (4) racers.

Fees: $300 per team through March 29th. Registration between March 30th and April 13th results in a fee increases to $340.

Deadline: April 13th, 2024. After this date, registration will be considered on a case-by-case basis by reaching out to the Race Directors at thesoutheastmedwar@gmail.com.

Mountain Assault sponsored by the University of Utah Division of Emergency Medicine the Wilderness Medical Society and the National Outdoor Leadership School Wilderness Medicine Institute.

Registration includes:

  • Camping the night before and the night after the race (two nights)

  • Parking at Wildwood Park

  • Race admission

  • Canoe rental for the race

  • Event shirt

  • Pre-race snacks

  • Post-race celebration event and dinner

  • Additional swag

  • Prizes*

*Racers will be eligible for prize give-aways based on race performance and player voted spirit categories.

Cancellation policy: Full refund until March 30th. 50% refund between April 1st-12th. No refund for cancellations starting April 13th.

Team members may be substituted at any time until check-in on Race Day.
