Volunteers are vital to the success of the MedWAR Race. We are grateful for each and every person who volunteers. Volunteers will be expected to do a variety of jobs on race day that may include running scenarios, be on the water safety team, directing racers, and helping to clean up after. We strive to move volunteers around so they can have a variety of interactions during the race.

Volunteers will receive an exclusive Blue Ridge MedWAR volunteer shirt, food throughout their volunteer time, and are invited to the post-race celebration dinner. Medical knowledge not required - we will teach you everything you need to know.
